Leeds United and the rest of the Premier League have confirmed their retained lists, creating a sizeable pool of free agents.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Leeds announced on Wednesday they would bid farewell to Illan Meslier, with talks ongoing with three other first-team players.
All 20 clubs met the 12pm Wednesday deadline, after which the Premier League released a consolidated list confirming exits at Manchester United, Spurs and Sunderland among others.
Leeds could now open talks with any of those released players, subject to interest and terms.
Among the senior names listed are Adam Webster, Joel Veltman, Solly March, Martin Dubravka, Nathaniel Clyne and Seamus Coleman. In total, 24 first-team players are leaving the other 19 clubs.
