Former Southampton manager Will Still has made his return to French football after being named the new Auxerre boss.
The 33-year-old made a name for himself as an impressive young coach with Reims before leaving to join Lens in June 2024.

Still then took the Southampton job last summer but lasted just seven months before being sacked and replaced by Tonda Eckert.
Ligue 1 side Auxerre have now confirmed Still as their new manager following Christophe Pelissier’s departure at the end of 2025-26.
Speaking on the club’s website, president Baptiste Malherbe, said: “On behalf of everyone at AJ Auxerre, I welcome Will Still and wish him every success in the club’s project.
“All of AJA’s forces will be united behind him so that he succeeds in his mission and continues the club’s sporting progress. Welcome, Will!”
